
This was the first interview angle I used when kevin introduced himself. I would eventually move to a more side angles as the interview went on. I used a 5.6 f-stop to give a relatively shallow depth of field so the focus is all on Kevin, but the background is still involved. I went as low as possible with the ISO, and adjusted the shutter to whatever was appropriate so I was not under or over exposed. I recall it being around 1/400, which gives a sharper look to the video.

Here is my current project timeline in davinci resolve. It is not close to being complete at all. However, I have all the interview clips that I believe could be in the final cut. Towards the start of the timeline, I played around with adding some b-roll, and I think what I have been shooting compliments the interview very well. I am excited to see how the timeline looks going forward. However, with more interviews coming each week, its important to focus on those over editing.
