This week I created created a first draft of an intro for my documentary. It started with me putting a bunch of my favorite b-roll clips into my editing timeline. Then I searched for music and found some rock and roll that felt like the perfect vibe. I took inspiration from some NASCAR edits I have seen on social media where they line up the clips with the beat of the song. I think it came out really cool, and the vibe fits well for the kind of film I am producing. It will go through a couple more drafts before its put into the film.

I have also completed my search for drivers for my film. I got 4 drivers to say yes and one is a father and son pair which will make for a cool story. I scheduled each of them for a different Friday in the month of July. I also realized that trying to mesh all these drivers stories into 1 will be a challenge and wont come out good. So I decided to make four different short episodes instead. Giving each driver the spotlight, and story will be focused directly on one driver at a time.
